Standard Products (Ready-made Items)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at {support@caselab.com} of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that the Right of Withdrawal does NOT apply to the following:

Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. (e.g., Cases with your name, custom photos, or specific color combinations selected in our "Studio").

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
